A full-time Physical Therapist (PT/ RPT) position is available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department in Brewer, ME. This position offers a $5,000 sign-on or relocation bonus!
Brewer Center for Health - Rehab is a 111 bed sub-acute/skilled nursing facility where you will be working with the geriatric population and see a good mix of short-term and long-term care, as well as, brain injury patients. The facility is one of the few certified Brain Injury programs in the state. The Rehab gym is very spacious with separate treating areas for PT, OT and SLP. Responsibilities and Qualifications:
The qualified candidate will:
· Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting
· Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment
· Possess a current Physical Therapist, (PT / RPT), license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed
· Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation
· Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
· Work well with others in a team setting
· Be flexible with hours.
