    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations
    2. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
    3. Provide hands-on therapy and oversee PTA interventions
    4. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team
    5. Mentor and guide therapy staff


    Qualifications:

    1. Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy
    2. Current Physical Therapist ( PT ) certification in the state of Alabama
    3. 2+ years of experience in skilled nursing or similar setting (preferred)
    4. Strong clinical and leadership skills
    5. Passion for geriatric care and rehabilitation
