Physical Therapist (PT) – Contract Position | $60/Hour

About the Role

Revv Staffing is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for an 8–12 week contract assignment at Rutland Center for Living and Rehabilitation in Rutland, Vermont.

Pay: $60 per hour

*Housing assistance may be available for eligible travel candidates. Availability, eligibility, and amount are subject to approval and will vary by assignment.

The Physical Therapist will provide skilled therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. This role focuses on evaluating residents, developing individualized treatment plans, providing therapeutic interventions, and helping residents improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall functional independence.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents’ mobility, strength, balance, and functional abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility training, gait training, and other appropriate interventions.
• Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely therapy documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, therapy team members, and other healthcare professionals regarding resident care.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and professional standards of care.

Qualifications

• Active Vermont Physical Therapist license
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current BLS/CPR certification, physical, and TB test in accordance with Revv Staffing policy
• Previous experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or a similar setting preferred
• Strong clinical, documentation, communication, and time-management skills
• Ability to work onsite in Rutland, Vermont for the duration of the contract
