ResponsibilitiesProvide and document examinations and evaluationsEstablish functional PT diagnosis, prognoses and plans of careFormulate treatment goals Provide physical therapy intervention to patientsMeasure and report outcomesFormulate and carry out discharge plansSupervise licensed and non-licensed assigned staff or students Interact and practice in collaboration with other professionals Individuals must comply with the Texas Physical Therapy Practice Acts and Rules QualificationsJob RequirementsBachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.Current Texas state licensure as a Physical Therapist.BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.Preferred Job RequirementsPrevious acute care or clinic experience.#LI-TH1
