Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist (PT) for a contractual position to evaluate and treat patients to help them recover, improve mobility, and manage pain through individualized treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients' conditions and needs to develop individualized treatment plans
- Administer physical therapy treatments to improve strength, mobility, and function
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercise programs
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records

Requirements:
- Active PT license in the state of New Mexico
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent
- Current BLS certification
- Prior clinical experience preferred
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment
