WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING AS A PHYSICAL THERAPIST:
- Developing and delivering personalized plans of care for the residents/clients.
- Objectively measuring patient outcomes.
- Efficiently documenting evaluations, treatments, re-evaluations, and discharge notes.
- Communicating effectively with residents/clients and their families. Providing education on treatments/equipment usage to all.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN A PHYSICAL THERAPIST:
- A valid FL Physical Therapy license.
- One year minimum of Physical Therapy experience.
- A genuine interest in and compassion for older adults.
- Ability to demonstrate teamwork – be proactive, resourceful, and collaborative.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to communicate between residents/clients and staff.

This position may qualify for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program. PSLF is a federal program that forgives the remaining balance on Direct Loans after 120 qualifying monthly payments under a qualifying repayment plan while working full-time for a qualifying employer.
