Outpatient Physical Therapist Pool/PRN:

The Outpatient Physical Therapist evaluates, plans, and implements individualized treatment programs for patients in accordance with the principles and practices of physical therapy. This role is ideal for a clinician passionate about delivering patient-centered care in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions focused on improving mobility, strength, and functional outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals, home exercise programs, and safety.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with professional and regulatory standards.
• Provide clinical direction to Physical Therapy Assistants, Rehab Technicians, and students.
• Participate in continuing education and contribute to program development (e.g., pelvic health, neuro rehab, balance training).

Requirements:

• Required BLS (Basic Life Support)
• Required PT (Physical Therapy)
• Or PT (Physical Therapy) Eligible to obtain
• Or PT (Physical Therapy) Temporary and licensure within 6 months
• Required Bachelor's Physical Therapy
