St. Anthony's Resource Center - Outpatient Rehabilitation Center, conveniently located in downtown St. Petersburg, Florida, offers a comprehensive range of outpatient rehabilitation services for adults and adolescents. The Outpatient Physical Therapist Pool/PRN provides comprehensive rehabilitative care to patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and other physical impairments. This role focuses on improving mobility, reducing pain, and enhancing quality of life through individualized treatment plans. The therapist will work collaboratively with physicians, occupational and speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver evidence-based care in a state-of-the-art outpatient setting.

Outpatient Physical Therapist Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough evaluations of patients' physical function, mobility, and pain levels.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and advanced modalities.
• Provide education on posture, body mechanics, and home exercise programs to promote long-term wellness.
• Utilize specialized techniques such as joint mobilization, neuromuscular facilitation, and gait training.
• Document patient progress and adjust care plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, state regulations, and professional standards of practice.

Requirements:

• Required BLS (Basic Life Support)
• Required PT (Physical Therapy) Or PT (Physical Therapy) Eligible to obtain Or PT (Physical Therapy) Temporary and licensure within 6 months
• Required Bachelor's Physical Therapy Preferred
• 1-year Physical Therapist
