Career Growth Paths & Onboarding:

On day one, you’ll be smoothly integrated through a supportive process designed to help you become comfortable in your new environment. The process typically begins with a phone call, in-person interview, and shadow day to ensure the setting is right for you.


Compensation, Schedule & Benefits:


  • Salary: $80k–$100k/year DOE; 0–5 years ideally $80k–$92k
  • Benefits: 4% 401(k) match, $1,500 CEU allowance, ABPTS coverage, 15 days PTO, 6 holidays, health/dental/vision, company gear, and team events
  • Scheduling: 30-minute patient blocks, 1-hour evaluations, averaging 55–65 visits/week
  • Longevity Expectation: Seeking clinicians who want to grow beyond a staff PT role
Qualifications:
  • Licensed Physical Therapist in New Jersey
  • New graduates welcomed
  • Strong interest in orthopedics
  • Vestibular interest or experience is a plus
