    Description

    Position: Physical Therapist

    Salary Range: $39.78 - $42.40 per hour

    Schedule: 30 hours per week, Monday-Friday, no weekend rotation

    Location: Split between Lodge at Whispering Pines and Arbor Lodge Wisconsin Rapids, with travel required between both locations

    Setting: Assisted Living

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical abilities and limitations

    - Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals

    - Implement treatment plans, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities

    - Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed

    - Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to improve mobility and function

    - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as occupational therapists and physicians, to coordinate patient care

    - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

    - Adhere to all professional and ethical standards set by the American Physical Therapy Association and state licensing board

    - Travel between The Lodge at Whispering Pines and Arbor Lodge Wisconsin Rapids as needed to provide services to residents at both locations

    Qualifications:

    - Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

    - Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist

    - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in an assisted living or skilled nursing facility

    - Strong knowledge of physical therapy principles and techniques

    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    - Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    - Willingness to travel between locations as needed

    - Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
