    Job Title: Physical Therapist

    Role: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at SQ Med Staffing. In this role, you will work closely with patients to help them regain their mobility, manage pain, and improve their overall quality of life. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing personalized treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Conduct patient assessments to identify physical limitations and develop individualized treatment plans.
    • Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to improve patient mobility and function.
    • Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
    • Educate patients and their families on exercise routines and techniques to improve at-home care.
    • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in physical therapy techniques and research.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

    • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care

    • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative healthcare team

    • BLS Certification - Required

    Certification Requirements:

    • Licensed Physical Therapist

    • BLS (AHA)

    State License Requirements:

    • New Hampshire

    Additional License Requirements:

    • NH license must be active at time of submission!
