    Salary Range: $35.77/-$49.18/hr

    Position Summary

    The Physical Therapist (PT) provides high-quality, patient-centered care by managing the therapeutic process of assigned patients in coordination with the physician and care team. The PT performs assessments, develops individualized care plans, and delivers interventions to promote recovery, function, and quality of life.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Evaluate and treat patients within the professional scope of practice and ethical standards.

    • Assess therapeutic and functional status; collaborate in developing individualized plans of care.

    • Deliver skilled therapy using evidence-based techniques aligned with physician orders.

    • Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, therapy plans, and use of assistive/prosthetic devices.

    • Prioritize caseloads and coordinate daily therapy activities and handoffs to ensure continuity of care.

    Qualifications

    • Education: Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy (required)

    • Licensure: Active Florida Physical Therapist License

    • Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) must be obtained within 30 days of start date

    • Experience: Open to New Graduates (no prior experience required)
