• 1:1 Patient Carewith each visit lasting 45 minutes
• 100% Orthopedic / Sports Med caseload
  • Some of your caseload is High School and Collegiate athletes
• Low productivity environment
• 1 Hour of your day set aside for documentation
• Enjoy full autonomy; no micromanagement
• Newer Therapists will have an experienced Senior PT to provide mentorship
• Work-life balance with no weekends, no overtime expected, no taking work home with you

Benefits:

• $80,000 to $115,000 - pay based on years of experience

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Higher in Physical Therapy required
• Doctorate of Physical Therapy preferred
• Texas PT License or the ability to obtain one
• Passion for patient-centered care and an Orthopedic caseload
• Desire to treat in a 1:1 patient-focused setting
• Visa Sponsorship is NOT available
