Job Title:  Physical Therapist - Outpatient Rehab Clinical CoordinatorDepartment: Outpatient TherapySupervisor: V.P. Community Services and Business Development Job Objective:This position provides clinical and operational leadership for Mozaic Senior Life's outpatient rehabilitation program while maintaining an active patient treatment caseload. Approximately 75–80% of time to direct patient care and 20–25% to coordination and leadership responsibilities. Ability to perform manual therapy techniques requiring upper body strength and coordination as well as hand/eye coordination such as keyboard skills, writing or picking up paper.Ability to communicate clearly and compassionately while maintaining professionalism and empathy in emotionally demanding situations.Ability to motivate people who may be reluctant, fatigued, declining or who have cognitive issues.Ability to maintain focus with some interruptions while supervising clients and preventing falls and injuries during mobility tasks.
