Glen Rock Physical Therapy is a small, tight-knit clinic where therapists are valued as people, not production numbers.  At Glen Rock PT, the connections you build with patients and coworkers alike are the whole point.

 

We're a therapist-owned, community-rooted outpatient clinic in Glen Rock, NJ, serving our neighbors since 2009. We're a small, personality-driven practice (not a big box) and we're looking for a PT who wants to actually know their patients and build real relationships within the community, not just move through a schedule.

 

Compensation & Schedule

  • Competitive base comp based on experience ($80,000+)
  • Benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability, 401(k)
  • Full-time
  • Flexible Schedule: Clinic hours 7 AM–7 PM Mon-Fri and 8-12:30 Saturday.  We're able to work with your availability to find a schedule that works for you!

Qualifications:

What We're Looking For

  • Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible for NJ licensure)
  • Someone with genuine warmth and presence who can put nervous patients at ease, and help create the kind of atmosphere people talk about
  • A team player who wants to help foster real community connection, not just clock in and out
  • Dry needling certification is a great asset. It's not required, but a strong plus
  • No specific board certifications needed - we're far more interested in your bedside manner and clinical judgment than your credentials

Responsibilities:

Why This Role Is Different

  • A real, manageable treatment model - 2 patients per hour, seen every 30 minutes, with zero double-booking. You'll never be pulled in three directions at once.
  • You'll have competent, dedicated PT techs to support your caseload so you can focus on hands-on care, not busywork and never be pulled in three directions at once.
  • Full 60-minute evaluations - real time to build a plan and a relationship from day one.
  • 2 private treatment rooms in a clinic sized for connection, not volume.
  • Deep, genuine community roots - we work with local high schools, community lecturers, and local charities. Patients here are neighbors, and we treat them that way.
  • Flexible scheduling across our 7 AM–7 PM clinic hours Mon-Fri and 8-12:30 Saturdays so we can build a schedule around real life - yours and your patients'.
  • Weekly mentorship from our owner, a PT who is genuinely passionate about developing clinicians from new grads to seasoned therapists looking to sharpen their skills.

  • Sign-on bonus available.
Posted Salary Range: Starting from USD $80,000.00/Yr.
