CPT LAB – Education Built Into Your Career

All completed during paid work hours.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based outpatient orthopedic care focused on achieving meaningful patient outcomes.
• Educate patients on their condition, treatment plan, and home exercise program.
• Collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants, Aides, Front Desk Ambassadors, and fellow clinicians to provide an exceptional patient experience.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within our EMR.
• Participate in mentorship, continuing education, and professional development opportunities.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative, patient-first culture.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. (New Grads welcome to apply)
• Licensed (or eligible for licensure) as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts.
• Passion for outpatient orthopedic care and delivering exceptional patient experiences.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to lifelong learning and professional growth.
