Physical Therapist – Outpatient Neuro

This full-time, day shift opportunity is based in an outpatient neuro setting and includes a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates. The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients with a wide range of neurological conditions, working closely within a multidisciplinary team to support functional independence and recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver skilled physical therapy services in an outpatient neuro setting
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Provide patient and family education to support recovery and independence

Qualifications:

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (Bachelor's, Master's, or DPT)
• Active Oregon Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain)
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire
• Experience in neuro-rehabilitation preferred
