Global Pain and Spine Clinic is growing and hiring a Physical Therapist in Niles, Illinois. A relocation bonus is available. Full-time is preferred, and work visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates. Fluency in Russian, Polish, Ukrainian, or other Slavic and Eastern European languages is strongly desired.
About the Role
You will treat patients of all ages in an outpatient orthopedic clinic, with a caseload focused primarily on general orthopedic conditions and some neurological cases. The practice serves a significant number of patients from Eastern European backgrounds, making multilingual skills a meaningful asset. All patient care is one-on-one in individual treatment rooms, with dedicated documentation time and support from PTAs and Rehab Aides for patient care and clinic operations. Global Pain and Spine Clinic is a comprehensive multi-disciplinary center serving over 15,000 patients, offering physical therapy alongside chiropractic care, pain management procedures, regenerative medicine, and wellness services.
Schedule
The clinic operates Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 8:00pm and Saturday from 9:00am to 4:00pm. Major holidays are not required. Full-time clinicians have the flexibility to work four or five days per week. The actual work schedule will be determined during the hiring process based on availability and clinic needs.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for a full-time position is $85,000 to $120,000 per year based on experience and qualifications. Benefits include a 401(k) with employer matching, health insurance, dental coverage, paid time off, and continuing education support of up to $2,500 per year.
Qualifications
Candidates must be eligible for Illinois state licensure as a Physical Therapist. A minimum of two years of outpatient experience is preferred, and new graduate PTs will also be considered. Full-time availability of 40 hours per week is preferred. Candidates with a minimum of 24 hours of availability across three weekdays will also be considered. Fluency in Russian, Polish, Ukrainian, or other Slavic and Eastern European languages is strongly desired. Work visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.
