Overview:

Body Mechanics Physical Therapy is growing and hiring a full-time Physical Therapist for a staff-level role at a 30-year-old established and successful practice in Milwaukee, WI. Full-time is preferred, 40 hours per week are available. Candidates with 30+ hours and 3 days of availability per week will also be considered.

PTs enjoy treatment autonomy, schedule flexibility, mentorship, professional growth, consultation with colleagues, and support to perform high quality patient care.

Work Schedule:

The clinic is open Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Friday, 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Physical Therapists typically work two early and two later shifts, with schedule flexibility available.

Caseload:

The caseload is primarily general outpatient orthopedics for all ages, with a focus on manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, pain science, and corrective exercise. You will provide one-on-one patient care—no aides are utilized.

Physical Therapists typically see 6 to 8 patients per day with 45 to 60 minute sessions. Treatment takes place in private treatment rooms and open gym space equipped with standard equipment and an AlterG Antigravity treadmill.

Therapists are supported by experienced front desk administrators who handle administrative tasks, allowing you to focus on patient care.

Compensation and Benefits:

Expected salary for full-time is $75,000-$95,000 per year, based on productivity.

Job Requirements:

  • Graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (Or Equivalent Standing).

  • Eligible for Wisconsin state licensure as a Physical Therapist.

  • 1 year of experience is preferred, but not required.

  • Manual therapy and dry needling experience preferred — motivated candidates without this training are encouraged to apply, as we provide support and training to develop these skills

  • Open to all experience levels, including new grad PTs.

  • Full-time availability is preferred. Candidates with 30+ hours and 3 days of availability per week will enthusiastically be considered.
