Physical Therapist, Outpatient

In this role, you’ll evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting, develop and implement individualized plans of care, and track clinical outcomes to support patient progress. In this role, you’ll evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting, develop and implement individualized plans of care, and track clinical outcomes to support patient progress. You’ll collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care while maintaining strong clinical and documentation standards.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and create individualized plans of care 

• Deliver hands-on, patient centered treatment and education 

• Monitor progress and adjust care plans to achieve meaningful outcomes 

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice) 

• Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care 

About:

Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
