    Job Title: Physical Therapist – Outpatient
    Location: Hobbs, New Mexico
    Full Time
    Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
    Client is seeking a compassionate and patient-focused Physical Therapist to join their outpatient rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate will provide assessment, treatment planning, implementation, education, and therapeutic interventions to support patients in improving mobility, function, and quality of life.
    This role requires strong clinical judgment, patient communication skills, and the ability to work independently while delivering high-quality rehabilitative care in a collaborative healthcare environment.

    • Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
    • Bachelor's Degree minimum required.
    Certifications & Licensure
    • New Mexico Physical Therapist License upon hire.
    • BLS Certification through American Heart Association upon hire.
    Experience
    • Open to entry-level candidates.
    • Ability to work independently with supervisory guidance as needed.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • 2+ years of rehabilitation experience.
    • Experience in outpatient therapy settings.
    • Neonatal Therapy experience (acute care setting preferred).
    • Strong understanding of evidence-based rehabilitation practices.
    Work Environment
    • Full-time outpatient rehabilitation setting.
    • Monday through Friday day shift schedule.
    • Collaborative interdisciplinary healthcare environment.
    • No travel required.
