    TravelPhysical Therapist - Outpatient (Days)
    Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist - Outpatient for a 13-week travel assignment in Colebrook, NH.

    Contract Details
    • 3x10hr days; Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday - 30hrs/week
    • Start Date: 8/24/2026
    • Contract: 13 Weeks
    • Location: Colebrook, NH
    • Hourly Pay: $ 26.00
    • Non-taxed Stipend: $ 1190.00
    • Weekly Total Pay: $ 1775.00
    • Weekend Requirements: Every Saturday

    Physical Therapist need for hospital-based outpatient outpatient and inpatient acute & swing at Critical Access Hospital.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Reviewing patient medical histories
    • Diagnosing patients by observing their movements and listening to their concerns
    • Developing individualized patient treatment plans
    • Outlining clear patient goals and the expected plan outcomes
    • Using exercises, stretching, equipment and hands-on therapy to manage patients’ pain, increase mobility and prevent further pain and injury
    • Recording patient progress and modifying the plan of care if needed
    • Educating patients and family members about the recovery process

    Compensation:

    • Weekly Pay (hourly) + Non-taxed Stipend (if eligible)
    • Pay package details provided upon offer

    Requirements

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Must have 2 years current Physical Therapy experience
    • NO NEW GRADS
    • Outpatient experience is required
    • Inpatient experience is highly preferred
    • Must have and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification during employment
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
    • Willingness to participate in continuing education and training programs
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
    • Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and reliability

    Compliance/Screening (Pre-Start):

    • Drug screen and background check (facility required)
    • Additional facility onboarding forms as assigned
