Title: Physical Therapist

Location: Cedartown Georgia

Duration: 13 Weeks

About Facility:
  • This is a hospital affiliated outpatient therapy clinic specializing in occupational, physical, and speech therapy.
Department Information:

Census: Average patients/day: 10-15 patients per day. This clinic schedules 30 min intervals and dovetails patients. Complex evaluations will be 1-hour, simple evals and treatments will be 30 min.

Minimum Years of Experience required: Prefer 1 year of relevant experience

Will you accept a first-time traveler: No

Patient Types/Common Diagnoses: General orthopedics, debility, stroke/CVA, neurological disorders, multi-trauma, fractures

Required License, National Certification, Certifications (BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, etc.), or other position specific requirements such as Driver's License and/or Insurance:
  • Licensed in the state of Georgia, BLS
Skills required:

Support within the Department: This location has 5 therapists, 1 Lead Therapist, 1 Office Coordinator and 2 Rehab Aides on site.
