You'll benefit from monthly one-on-one meetings with your supervisor, a structured mentorship program lasting at least one year, regular feedback, and quarterly team outings. Enjoy clinical autonomy, private treatment rooms you can personalize, and the freedom to develop individualized treatment plans while continuing to grow your skills through ongoing education.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and create individualized plans of care
• Deliver hands-on, patient centered treatment and education
• Monitor progress and adjust care plans to achieve meaningful outcomes

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice)
• Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care

 

About:

Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 + inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
