The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans, and deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions to restore function, reduce pain, and improve mobility across inpatient, outpatient, transitional care, and home health settings; competitive compensation package.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the State of Oregon
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Experience or strong interest in neuro, vestibular, orthopedic, cardiac rehab, or chronic pain management
- Strong clinical reasoning, documentation, and patient-centered care skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel for home-based care services
