    A community-focused healthcare organization in eastern Oregon is seeking a Physical Therapist to join its Rehabilitation Services team in a rural mountain valley setting offering both inpatient and home-based care. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans, and deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions to restore function, reduce pain, and improve mobility across inpatient, outpatient, transitional care, and home health settings; competitive compensation package.
    • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
    • Current and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the State of Oregon
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
    • Experience or strong interest in neuro, vestibular, orthopedic, cardiac rehab, or chronic pain management
    • Strong clinical reasoning, documentation, and patient-centered care skills
    • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel for home-based care services
