Schedule: Day Shift | 8-Hour Days | ~35 Hours/Week
Position Overview
Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a rehabilitation and long-term care (LTC) facility in Oregon, MO.
The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients with a variety of physical impairments, develop individualized care plans, and provide hands-on rehabilitation services. This role focuses on improving mobility, function, and overall quality of life while working in a collaborative healthcare environment.

Clinical Coverage Areas
Therapists will treat patients with:

Functional mobility impairments

Post-surgical rehabilitation needs

Wound care and recovery support

Geriatric and long-term care conditions

Strength, balance, and ambulation deficits
Key Responsibilities

Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

Provide therapeutic interventions (manual therapy, exercises, modalities)

Assist patients with ambulation, mobility, and functional training

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly

Perform wound care as needed

Educate patients, families, and caregivers
-
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
-
Participate in care conferences and interdisciplinary meetings

Supervise PTAs, aides, and students
Required Qualifications
Active Missouri Physical Therapist License
Minimum 1 year of PT experience
LTC or Rehab experience required
New grads accepted (must have Level II clinical experience)
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings

Strong communication and documentation skills

Ability to work independently in a rehab environment
Scheduling & Assignment Details

Day shift | 8-hour shifts

Approximately 35 hours per week (GWW)
