What You'll Do

As a Physical Therapist, you will:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans designed to improve functional outcomes.
• Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions and exercise programs tailored to each patient's needs.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery strategies, and the use of assistive devices.
• Monitor patient progress, document treatment outcomes, and adjust care plans as needed.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with patients requiring wound care management is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and patient education skills.

Practice Settings

This role may work in one or more of the following areas:

• Acute Rehabilitation Services (Raleigh/Cary)
• Rehabilitation Hospital
• Outpatient Rehabilitation

Patient Populations

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, including:

• Stroke, spinal cord injury, and brain injury patients
• Individuals with neurological conditions

• Post-surgical orthopedic patients
• Cardiac rehabilitation patients
• Multi-trauma and medically complex patients
• Adult and pediatric populations
