Practice Details
- Full-time employed position
- Outpatient rehabilitation setting
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Communicate patient progress and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
- Assist with patient scheduling and documentation
- Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with regulatory and accreditation standards
- Educate patients, families, and nursing staff on follow-through care programs
- Maintain equipment and ensure a safe, clean treatment environment
- Supportive leadership and team-oriented workplace culture
Clinical Opportunity

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $85,000 – $105,000
- $10,000 Sign-on Bonus

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in South Carolina
- Current CPR certification
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Previous outpatient or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required
