    The Opportunity

    Build a new Accelerated clinic in Spartanburg, SC from day one, opening in 2027! Hire your team, shape the culture, and own your referral relationships, with no financial risk to you. No business plan needed. Bring your clinical experience, your leadership goals, and the community you want to serve.

    What You'll Do

    Before opening
    • Choose the site alongside our operations team
    • Have a say in the clinic's design
    • Select your equipment
    • Build a realistic pro forma in collaboration with our Chief Growth Officer, so your KPIs are goals you helped shape, with the support and tools to reach them
    • Complete Clinic Director Bootcamp, including patient acquisition and referral management training
    • Build physician and community referral relationships
    After opening
    • Maintain a patient caseload
    • Lead and develop your team
    • Hit your business plan targets
    • Own clinical quality and patient experience
    • Represent Accelerated Physical Therapy in the community

    Who You Are

    • DPT or MPT, licensed (or eligible) in SC
    • 2+ years of outpatient orthopedic experience
    Preferred
    • Leadership experience (lead PT, CI, mentor, military)
    • Referral relationships in Spartanburg
    • Specialty certification (OCS, SCS, FAAOMPT, etc.)
    • Growth and entrepreneur mindset
