Accurate Staffing Consultants is currently seeking a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist –Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist for an assignment in San Jose, CA.Qualified candidates must hold an active CA license and have a minimum of 2 years of recent U.S. Experience in Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist.
Shift: M-F shift, with alternate weekend rotation

- Active State Nursing License
- Relevant Specialty Certifications
- Two (2) Recent Clinical References
- Required Vaccinations / Immunization Records
- Background Check & Drug Screen (as required by facility)
