As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to patients in their homes. Your expertise will contribute to improving mobility, function, and overall well-being for the patients in the North Mobile County area.

Chickasaw, Saraland, Satsuma, Creola, Citronelle, Axis, Chunchula, Bucks, Mount Vernon, Calvert and PRN up to Jackson, AL
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based interventions, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists.
- Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
- Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document accurately.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines.
- Weekend rotation every 8th weekend
Qualifications
- Valid Alabama state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Home health experience is desired not required.
- Strong communication skills and empathy.
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
