Physical Therapist - Mobile Home Visits

We are now hiring a PRN Physical Therapist to provide home visits in Maricopa County, AZ. The ideal candidate has some prior experience within the outpatient setting and 1 year of experience.
Caseloads are available in the following zip codes: 85303, 85035, 85031, and 85323.

Job Requirements:

Eligibility for Arizona state licensure as a Physical Therapist
