Physical Therapist

Responsibilities:

• Provide therapeutic services to patients with various diagnoses, including cardiac, ortho, general weakness, and neuro conditions.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve patients' physical health and mobility.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and outcomes accurately and timely.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Rhode Island.
• Experience in a similar healthcare setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
