About the Facility:
Join a respected Memory Care facility in Falmouth, known for delivering high-quality rehab services and fostering a collaborative therapy department. You'll have the tools and support you need to succeed—whether you're a new grad or seasoned PT.
Compensation & Benefits:- Estimated Rate Range: $40 - 50/hr, depending on experience, setting, and location
- Full Benefits May Include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO
- Continuing education support
️ Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and treat patients to improve strength, mobility, and functional independence
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
- Document patient progress using EMR systems
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
Qualifications:- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current ME License (or eligible to obtain)
- New grads and experienced PTs welcome!
- Strong communication and time management skills
