    Position: Physical Therapist

    Salary Range: $38-41 per hour

    Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday with weekend rotation

    Facility: 74-bed skilled nursing facility

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a skilled nursing facility and a passion for helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.

    Responsibilities:

    - Evaluate patients' physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans

    - Implement treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, balance, and coordination

    - Utilize therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities to help patients regain function and reduce pain

    - Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

    - Communicate with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure the best outcomes

    - Provide education to patients and their families on how to continue their rehabilitation at home

    - Supervise and delegate tasks to physical therapy assistants and support staff

    Qualifications:

    - Valid state Physical Therapist license

    - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility

    - Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and modalities

    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    - Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    - Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
