Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team. This role is ideal for a clinician who values patient‑centered care, professional growth, and working in a positive, team‑focused setting.
- Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and neuromuscular conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings
- Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
- Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and referral sources
- Participate in continuing education and skill development
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure high‑quality care
Qualifications
- Graduate of a CAPTE‑accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current or upcoming Wisconsin Physical Therapist license
- CPR certification
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently in an outpatient setting
- Experience with balance and vestibular rehab preferred (or willingness to learn)
