Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide physical therapy services in patients’ homes
Help patients improve strength, balance, mobility, and functional independence
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
Collaborate with PTAs and other members of the care team
Provide care to patients with a variety of ages, diagnoses, and needs
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
Location: Lubbock, TX
PRN: $65–$75 per visit
Full-Time: $65,000–$75,000 per year
Weekly pay
Flexible scheduling based on patient needs and your availability
Active, unrestricted Texas Physical Therapist license
At least 1 year of PT experience
Current BLS/CPR certification
Own device and reliable internet connection required to access your schedule and complete charting.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills
Self-motivated, compassionate, and comfortable working independently
Flexible scheduling and autonomy in the field
One-on-one patient care
