Physical Therapist

We're seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) who truly cares about making a difference. As a PT on our team, you'll help clients restore strength, independence, and dignity—all from the home environments they cherish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform in-home PT evaluations and create personalized care plans
  • Provide skilled PT interventions to enhance strength, balance, mobility, and safety
  • Educate clients and families on exercises and home safety
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
  • Document care using mobile-friendly EMR

Requirements:

  • Active MA PT license
  • DPT or MPT from an accredited program
  • CPR certified
  • 1+ year of experience preferred (new grads welcome)
  • Reliable vehicle & valid driver's license

After a number of tries, we found the BrightStar Care approach.  We were so impressed with the  superior level of customer service it provides that we decided to open own agency here in Northern Virginia.
