Please Note: Elevated rates are only for September starts. Any later starts will be at the regular GA bill rate. Outpatient Experience is preferred. Will accept a PTA? YES 36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours. OT must be approved by director before any OT hours are worked. Productivity expectation is 60 visits/ week; Will see 12-14 patients/day; Double-booking of follow up visits expected.
