Job Description

Our Southeast clinic is looking for a passionate Physical Therapist who enjoys building meaningful relationships with patients and helping them achieve their goals. You''ll evaluate and treat a wide variety of orthopedic conditions while working alongside an experienced team dedicated to delivering exceptional outcomes.

What You''ll Do

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver evidence-based orthopedic rehabilitation through manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education
  • Help patients recover from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and musculoskeletal conditions
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
  • Collaborate with physicians and rehabilitation team members to ensure outstanding patient outcomes
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation
  • Foster a positive, patient-centered experience from the initial evaluation through discharge

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from a CAPTE-accredited program
  • Current Nebraska Physical Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Passion for outpatient orthopedic physical therapy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to providing exceptional patient care

U.S. Physical Therapy is one of the largest publicly-traded, pure-play operator of outpatient physical and occupational therapy clinics. The clinics provide pre- and post-operative care for a variety of orthopedic-related disorders and sports-related injuries, rehabilitation of injured workers and preventative care. USPh also manages physical therapy facilities for third parties, including physician groups and hospitals. Each of USPh’s clinics are directed by a licensed physical therapist that drive patient volume via local physicians, former patients and other referral sources.
