Physical Therapist

Contract: 13 weeks
Hours: 32 hours/week (guaranteed)

Overview

Physical Therapist needed for a specialized outpatient pediatric clinic in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. This role provides therapy services to children from infancy through adolescence with developmental, neurological, and orthopedic needs in a collaborative, family-centered environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform pediatric physical therapy evaluations and assessments

• Develop and implement individualized, age-appropriate plans of care

• Provide therapeutic interventions to support gross motor development, strength, balance, and functional mobility

• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed

• Educate families and caregivers on home exercise programs and positioning

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary pediatric care teams

• Complete timely and accurate documentation per clinic standards

Requirements

• Active Arizona Physical Therapist license

• Pediatric and/or outpatient physical therapy experience preferred

• Strong communication skills and ability to engage children and families
