️ What You'll Do

• Evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based methods
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Supervise PT Assistants and students
• Educate patients and families
• Document care using EClinicalWorks EMR
• Ensure compliance with CMS and Oregon Board standards

Qualifications

• Degree from a CAPTE-accredited PT program
• Oregon PT license (or eligibility)
• BLS certification (within 30 days of hire)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to culturally responsive care
• FQHC experience preferred
