Acute Rehabilitation Unit Physical Therapist (PT) $10,000 Sign On Bonus* SUMMARY: Responsible and accountable for completing a physical therapy evaluation for each referred patient and for creating and implementing a physical therapy care plan based on the completed evaluation to restore a patients function, alleviate pain and prevent disability. BAXTER HEALTH COMPLIANCE RESPONSIBILITIES Understands and adheres to Baxter Health standards as they appear in Dynamic Health and Healthstream Policy Manager. Required to work with the Director of Acute Rehabilitation, regularly to carryout, initiate and/or implement best practices for the Baxter Health Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit. JOB REQUIREMENTS Education: Graduate of and degree holder from a Physical Therapy Education Program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education Experience: 12 to 18 months related experience, excluding clinical affiliations required to complete a degree Licensure: Current Arkansas PT license in good standing Certification: Current CPR certification Preferred Education: Masters or DPT Degree Primary Source Verification: Original Transcripts and Arkansas Department of Health Safety Sensitive Designation: This position is deemed safety sensitive in accordance with Arkansas Act 593 governing Medical Marijuana. Flexible work schedule, 5 days a week, Monday Friday, 8-hour shifts.
