Physical Therapist / Injury Manager

Position Overview Ladgov Corporation is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist / Injury Manager to provide physical therapy, injury evaluation, treatment, rehabilitation, and injury-prevention support to military personnel at Moffett Air National Guard Base. At least 3 years of relevant experience working with one or more of the following: Military Special Operations or operational units.

• Monday through Friday between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Full-Time – 40 hours per week

Main Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat injuries
• Develop rehabilitation and recovery plans
• Provide physical therapy and injury-management services
• Maintain patient records in a HIPAA-compliant system
• Track injury trends and provide reports
• Support injury prevention and physical performance programs

Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
• Current California Physical Therapist License
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Experience handling HIPAA-protected medical information
• At least 3 years of relevant experience working with one or more of the following:
  • Military Special Operations or operational units
  • NCAA athletes
  • Olympic-level athletes
  • Professional sports teams
