ABOUT YOU

• Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist (PT, MSPT, DPT)
• Passion for evidence-based, high-quality care
• Interest in outpatient orthopedics, sports, spine, and balance/vestibular rehab
• Enjoy working with an active-aging population
• Team-oriented and motivated to grow

COMPENSATION (FULL-TIME)

• Base + Year 1 Guarantee ($85,000 – $102,000), based on experience, credentials, and schedule
• Sign-on or Relocation Bonus (experience dependent)
• Guaranteed Monthly Clinical Stipends without relying on uncertain or variable bonus structures.
• Annual Retention Stipend with clear long-term growth
• Optional Saturday coverage paid separately
• Performance rewards earned as additional paid vacation time
