Physical Therapist – In-Person Evaluations

As part of our mission to pave the way for children’s success worldwide, Therapy Source is currently seeking a Physical Therapist to conduct in-person school-based evaluations for charter school students. This position is for the upcoming school year.

Physical Therapist Salary: $230 - $240 flat rate per completed evaluation

Physical Therapist Position Details:

• This role is ideal for a provider who values student-centered care, clear documentation, and flexibility in the field
• The candidate must be willing to travel within a 50-mile radius of the Oklahoma City metro area, and mileage will be reimbursed for work-related travel
• Compensation will be paid at a flat rate per evaluation upon completion

Physical Therapist Qualifications:

• Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Oklahoma
• Possession of (or willingness to obtain) up-to-date clearances
• Proof of individual professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)

Physical Therapist Responsibilities May Include:

• Evaluating students to determine eligibility and need for physical therapy services
• Enhancing students' academic abilities by using a variety of techniques and/or therapeutic intervention strategies
• Providing appropriate therapeutic services
• Preparing Evaluation Reports
• Developing and implementing IEPs and 504 Plans
• Performing all related work, documentation, and reporting as required
• Attending a school team or IEP meetings as necessary
