Responsibilities: Evaluates, plans, and implements physical therapy treatment programs to patients/clients with a wide range of diagnoses and disabilities in a home care environment. Provides optimal patient rehabilitation and ensures quality of care.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate from a Physical Therapy program

Licensure, Registration, Certification:

• BLS
• Alabama Physical Therapist Assistant license
• Active Unrestricted Class D U.S. driver’s license

Desired Qualifications:

• Doctor of physical therapy
• Considerable knowledge of staff therapist functions

Licensure, Registration, Certification:

• Alabama Physical Therapy license with clinical specialty
