    Adelphi is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide services at a facility in Callaway County, Missouri. The ideal candidate will evaluate and treat adult consumers to improve mobility, strength, balance, pain management, and independence.

    Requirements
    • Active Missouri Physical Therapist license.
    • Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
    • Experience with PT evaluations, treatment planning, and direct therapy services.
    • Knowledge of therapeutic modalities, gait training, mobility support, and functional rehabilitation.
    • Behavioral health, rehabilitation, long-term care, or hospital experience preferred.
    • Strong documentation, communication, and teamwork skills.
    • Ability to complete orientation and meet facility credentialing/security requirements.

    Responsibilities
    • Perform initial PT evaluations and assessments.
    • Develop treatment plans to reduce pain, improve function, and restore mobility.
    • Provide PT using modalities, exercise, mobilization, gait training, and assistive devices.
    • Support posture, strength, endurance, balance, coordination, flexibility, and daily function.
    • Monitor and document consumer progress, recommendations, and treatment outcomes.
    • Provide consumer, family, and staff education as requested.
    • Attend required orientation prior to beginning services.
    • Perform other related duties as assigned.
