    Position: Physical Therapist

    Salary Range: $56-61 per hour

    Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday; 8:00am-4:30pm

    Weekend Rotation: None

    Facility: 126-bed hospital

    Overview:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physical Therapist to join our team at a 126-bed hospital. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping patients recover from injuries and illnesses, improve their mobility and function, and reduce pain. You will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop personalized treatment plans for patients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Conduct initial evaluations and assessments of patients' conditions and develop individualized treatment plans

    - Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to improve patients' strength, range of motion, and functional abilities

    - Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

    - Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to continue their rehabilitation at home

    - Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for patients

    - Stay up-to-date with new techniques and advancements in physical therapy through continuing education and professional development opportunities

    Qualifications:

    - Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution

    - Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist

    - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist preferred

    - Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology

    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    - Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    - Proficient in electronic medical records and documentation

    - CPR certification
