Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate
Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal, orthopedic, neurological, and vestibular conditions. You will develop individualized treatment plans, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and educate patients and families on injury prevention and wellness strategies.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with a musculoskeletal, orthopedic, neurological, and vestibular conditions
- Provide evidence-based orthopedic and sports therapy services
- Support sports performance enhancement and injury prevention programs
- Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans to support recovery and long term wellness
- Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions to ensure optimal outcomes
- Collaborate with a team of dedicated healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, wellness strategies, injury prevention, and home exercise programs
- Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and practice standards
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
- Current Virginia Physical Therapist license
- Experience in outpatient, orthopedic, neurological, or sports therapy preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, treatment, and patient education skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Compensation & Benefits:
- $80-$110K Annual Salary with productivity bonus potential.
